Welcome! I’m Ágnes Somogyi.
I’ve been moving furniture since kindergarten and I haven’t outgrown it yet! That’s why I named my business Bútortologatás (literally: "furniture moving").
As a child, if my parents left the house for even an hour, they’d return to find the living room completely transformed. That restless creative energy never left me. In my current home of three years, my living room has already seen five different colors and countless layouts.
Eventually, I decided to trade the corporate world for my true passion: Home Staging and Interior Design. I now use that "buzz" to help people who feel unwell, stuck in their homes or sellers who want to get the absolute best price for their property.
Whether it’s a renovation or a strategic home staging project, my goal is the same: to increase the value and practicality of the residence, to turn an "unsellable" property into a dream home and a "good" listing into an irresistible one. By focusing on value-adding improvements that fit your budget.
My journey here wasn’t linear. I’ve been a pastry chef, a tour guide, a logistician, and spent years in the multinational world of Finance and IT. I’ve worked in English, German, and Spanish, but through all those certificates and roles, two things became certain:
Life is the best teacher.
